"Hi Nicole! The cake was the highlight of the party! My Mother picked it up for me on Wed and I left it out like you instructed. It looked fantastic and tasted even better. My eleven year old nephew said "I don't know what gluten is but it must not taste very good because this is great". We all got a kick out of that and I knew you would appreciate it. I am glad I was referred to you and I will be back. My mom bought a couple of cookies and they were equally great."
Thanks for the help! Jim

"Nicole, Needless to say, I was touched by your bio on trying family recipes and attempting to "get it right." I gave up, but I'm thankful that you forged ahead. Today I picked up the Strawberry Moon Chocolate Chip cookies. I asked the cashier to not place in the shopping bag, because the minute I purchased, I opened them up and took the first bite. Now, as in past taste tests...that first bite, 9 out of 10 times, found the new purchase in the trash! Your Chocolate Chip cookies were too good to be true."

"A recent trip to Boston to take my son to college gave me an opportunity to indulge in one of my favorite New England treats-whoopie pies! What's a whoopie pie you ask. That's simple: Think of it as a gigantic sandwich cookie - only the cookie part is more like a cake. Chocolate with vanilla cream filling is the classic version, but the yummy one I found was a pumpkin with vanilla, courtesy of a Boston area gluten-free bakery, Strawberry Moon (strawmoon.com). It's enough to make me think of flying back up to Beantown for a mid-fall visit."
