FAQ: You May Have Been Wondering...
- Do you bake in a gluten free facility?
- Yes. Additionally, all our equipment has been purchased new and has only been used with gluten free products.
- Can I freeze your delights?
- Feel free! They keep in the freezer for about 6 months and taste just as yummy as when they first went in.
- How do you store leftovers?
- If you aren't going to freeze them, wrap them individually in cling wrap or place them in an airtight container. Do not store them in the refrigerator, it draws out the moisture.
- Are any of your products nut free or dairy free?
- Our facility is nut free. We do purchase ingredients from companies that process nuts so we are not willing to say we are nut free. Some of our products are dairy free and we can make most of our products dairy free upon request.
- How come your products taste just like the real thing?
- We use a blend of many types of flours that we have experimented with over the last two years and didn't quit until they tasted like my grandmothers goodies!
